In the South-west of Corsica (2A), the Taravo valley stretches for more than 50km, from the coast between Porto-Pollo and Olmeto to the Verde mountain pass in the North-east on the slopes of Monte Grosso.

The prehistoric site of Filitosa is situated in the community of Sollacaro, in the canton of Petreto-Bicchisano, about fifty km south of Ajaccio, and about twenty km to the north of Propriano (on the north of the Gulf du Valinco).

From Ajaccio airport / from Ajaccio port:
When you leave Ajaccio, take the RN196, to the Celaccia mountain pass where you turn right onto the D57.

From Figari airport / From Propriano port:
From Propriano take the D157 which overhangs the edge of the sea.
